Emotions as Energy in Motion
Emotions are energy (light, prana, spirit) in motion. This energy travels in two ways: towards us and away from us. Our bodies are finely tuned instruments with our chakras functioning as receivers and projectors. When the energy in motion, emotions, travels toward us, we receive it with our feminine, receiving mode.
On the other hand, we send our emotional energy outward with our masculine, projecting mode. Just as the channels on a radio receive different frequencies, each chakra is attuned to a different frequency, and receives information that resonates to that frequency.

The Seventh, Crown Chakra resonates to information about downloading, integrating and being our Multidimensional SELF. |

The Sixth, Brow Chakra resonates to information about our spiritual guidance and the vision of our highest purpose. |

The Fifth, Throat Chakra resonates to information about intimate communication with others and our SELF, as well as our expression of SELF through our creativity. |

The Fourth, Heart Chakra resonates to information about love and compassion. This chakra also serves as a hub so that the lower chakras (chakras one, two and three) and the higher chakras (chakras five, six and seven) can communicate with each other. |

The Third, Solar Plexus Chakra resonates to information about our conscious emotions, thoughts and psychic energy of a lower vibration. |

The Second, Navel Chakra resonates to information about our unconscious emotions, our inner child, and our procreative energy. |

The First, Root Chakra resonates to energy/information about our body and the planet. |

Information that is received via “lower chakras,” our First, Second and Third Chakras, is often survival-based, instincts and gut feelings. Our first three chakras connect to our innate instincts, empathy and intuition. Instincts are an innate "knowing" that is based on our "primitive self," who has the ability to tune into the environment. Empathy is the ability to feel another person's emotions, and intuition is the ability to trust a “feeling.” All these abilities are derived from our brain's functioning beyond the 10-15% range that is considered "normal." Many people use these impressions everyday, but call it "luck."
Our “higher chakras,” chakras Four, Five, and Six, resonate to information that is received via our expanded perceptions, such as telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience. These perceptions are innate for all of us, but we often need to Awaken to some contact with our Multidimensional SELF before we can come to peace with and learn to use these perceptions. Without the belief that it is our own expanded SELF who is amplifying our perceptions, we often feel as though we are “crazy” and try to ignore these impressions.
Telepathy is the ability to read, or have a "knowing," of another person's thoughts. Precognition is the ability to see into a possible "future," which is based on both the ability to think beyond the constraints of time and a deep understanding of cause and effect. Clairvoyance is the ability to see objects and beings that resonate to the fourth dimension and beyond, whereas, Clairaudience is the ability to hear sounds from the fourth dimension and beyond. With practice, we can all communicate with realities that resonate to frequencies beyond the third dimension. Clairsentience is the umbrella term for a psychic sense of knowing.
Through our opened Third Eye, the marriage of the Sixth and Seventh Chakras, we receive illumination and activate our telekinetic abilities. Illumination arises as we surrender our ego to our Multidimensional Soul/SELF to become ONE with the NOW of the higher dimensions, and telekinesis is the ability to move objects through space without the workings of our physical body.

FEMININE AND MASCULINE USE OF ENERGY
We use our feminine inflow power to receive and understand energy in motion, emotions, and our masculine outflow power to integrate this information into our bodies and project it out into our daily lives.
Our Seventh, Crown Chakra, Fourth, Heart Chakra and our First, Root Chakra are both masculine and feminine in nature.
Our Fifth, Throat Chakra, and Third, Solar Plexus Chakra are masculine/outflow
Our Sixth, Brow Chakra, and Second, Navel Chakra are feminine/inflow.
