Emotions as Energy in Motion
WHY?
Why did I come here
Down to this beach?
Is there something I need
Or someone to teach?
My self is the person
Whose come to this shore
To find some deep peace
Then, to find a bit more
My reason for coming,
It still leaves my mind
But I know where I am
What I seek, I will find
My reason for seeking
A long moment here
Where the sun hits the water
And the Goddess is near
With the sound of the waves
As they move in and out
I know why I’ve come here
And what it’s about
It’s the feel of the breeze
As it caresses my face
That’s why I have come
To this special place
Alone with my SELF,
The water, the sand
And the feel of the Goddess
As I sit on Her land
Once more I remember
Just why I was born
I now know the reason
And the oath I have sworn
I swore to return here
To the water and sea
To remember the person
I’ve come here to be
But who is this person
And am I her yet?
I might be, I hope so,
But still, I won’t bet
Each moment is different,
Each hour, each day
There is so much to do,
To know and to say
I’ve said quite a lot,
But did anyone hear?
Did I help them to love more
And let go of their fear?
That is why I have come
To this ocean, this day
To remember my reason
And find my own way
It’s changing, I know it
I feel it inside
I must face it now
From this truth, I can’t hide
When I’m old like that couple
That jumped into the waves
Will I look back at a lifetime
Of evenings and days?
I suppose that I will
For I see it all now
I’m, sure where I’m going
I just don’t know how
So, why did I come
Just before the full moon?
I’m not sure what’ll happen,
But I know it is soon.
Dear human expression of our SELF,
You came here with paper and pen because you felt there was a message that you could best receive alone on this beach.
However, the message does not come in words. It comes in energy.
The message is carried in the light that glistens off the water and in soft breeze as it caresses your face.
It speaks in the NOW and goes straight to your heart.
What is the message in the breeze and the light?
What does your heart hear, when no words are spoken?
How does the sand beneath you communicate, and how are you hearing the message of the waves?
Yes, stand in the water, wet sand between your toes.
How does life speak to you?
Life speaks through energy in motion that you receive as emotion.
Can you answer life from your heart?
Our emotions are the basis of our consciousness and our creativity. The relationship between our inner, masculine and feminine energies also forms the basis of how we interact with the world and with our “SELF.” The experience of intimacy is largely based on our ability to consciously receive (feminine, inflow, electron) and use (masculine, outflow, proton) these waves of energy from within both ourselves and others.
If we do not understand our own emotions and how we receive and project our energy out into the world, it will be difficult to understand the energy field of others. Furthermore, whether it arises from us or from others, we experience the energy flow of emotions inside our own body. Because of this, if we cannot recognize and understand emotional energies, we will not be able to differentiate between others’ emotional energies and our own.
We incarnate on the physical plane to learn more about being “Masters of Energy in Motion.” Our Multidimensional SELF is androgynous and lives in the ONE where all energy is HERE NOW. When we are born into the third dimension, we choose to take a female body to learn more about the Mastery of the inflow of energy or a male body to learn more about the outflow of energy.
However, as we begin to awaken to our SELF and return to the Unity with all life, we start to experience the place “in-between” our male and female energies. This place is the Center Point, which lies between the inflow and the outflow. It is from this Center Point, or Fulcrum Point, that we can regain our true Mastery of Energy.
Within every woman is a man and within every man is a woman. As we integrate our SELF, we unite our male and female energies. With this Awakening, we can BE our SELF in daily life and perceive reality through our Eyes of Soul.
