Meditation Training and Downloads
Meditation, which is basically breathing with intention, is essential for expanding our consciousness and connecting with our Multidimensional SELF. It is easy to get bogged down with the daily chores of physical life and forget that we are much more than our physical earth vessel. Taking the time to meditate allows us to connect with the guidance and strength that is necessary to remain centered on our Spiritual Path and balanced in our everyday life.
The Inner Visions meditations are an introduction to meditation with suggestion for integrating this practice into your daily schedule. There are four guided meditations; each one more advanced then the previous.
The Becoming ONE meditations focus on finding the Center Path, as they guide you through the sub-planes of your inner, fourth dimensional reality. Each meditation is directed toward a different personal and planetary chakra.
